Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Coaching

The sessions with Megan are an hour long. In each session, we begin with talking about how the client is feeling in that moment and any challenges or successes that have occurred since the last session.
Next, the client will set an intention for how they want to feel at the end of the mediation. Setting an intention is a powerful practice that allows you to have a positive influence on the outcome of your experience.
Megan then leads you through a customized guided meditation to fit your needs at that moment. She will also record the meditation and email it to you at the end of the session so you have it to listen to throughout the week.
Most clients sit in a chair or lay down on a yoga may on the floor with their eyes closed during the meditation.
After the meditation is completed, the client can share any insights or ask Megan any questions they may have. Lastly, the client is given a few minutes to write down any notes or thoughts that came to them during the meditation as well as a positive affirmation they write down to take with them into the week.
Megan will follow up with you during the week to see how you are feeling and see if you have any questions.
This is a one-hour time block that is completely committed to the client having a safe environment to focus on themselves and their own healing without distractions. This time helps to focus the body and mind on the goal of the client whether that is healing the body, increasing self-awareness in order to create better habits, increasing self-love, etc. Meditation brings a sense of overall well being and clarity to the mind and body. From this place, the client is in a stronger state of peaceful awareness and empowerment to continue their personal journey during the rest of the week.
