Chiropractors focus on the intimate relationship between the nervous system and spine, and hold true the following beliefs:
- Biomechanical and structural derangement of the spine can affect the nervous system
- For many conditions, chiropractic treatment can restore the structural integrity of the spine, reduce pressure on sensitive neurological tissue, and consequently improve the health of the individual.
While primarily focusing on treating neuromusculoskeletal disorders, chiropractors are not exclusively limited to problems with the nervous system and musculoskeletal system. Dr. Canada treats issues ranging from:

- Carpal Tunnel
Dr. Canada also recommends a variety of different supplements and herbs to help the body repair and restore it to an optimal state of health. Dr. Canada does not believe in utilizing x rays on all her patients unless she feels that an x-ray test is necessary in order to evaluate her patient. Dr. Canada also does not mandate that patients sign a contract or see her on an ongoing basis. Dr. Canada believes in taking care of the patient one visit at a time.
