Megan Wilson is a Lifestyle Coach with a passion for Guided Meditation and Visualization. After 10 years as a professional showgirl in Las Vegas, she fell in love with guided meditation as a way to relieve stress, renew her energy and gain perspective of a bigger picture. She later studied the science behind Guided Visualization as an empowering way of self-healing. Megan offers private sessions in meditation and visualization, to teach and empower clients to better understand their own healing abilities as well as a respect for the mind-body connection. Focus is always placed on self-acceptance, compassion and staying the course to our own journey.

These sessions are provided to help the client lower their stress, focus on healing the body from within and creating a custom meditation practice that works for them. Each session is customized and recorded. Guided meditation is a practice that essentially reboots the body. Meditation provides deeper rest than sleep, calms the central nervous system which reduces anxiety and allows the Fight or Flight mode to turn off. The daily stress we endure nowadays takes a huge toll on our minds and bodies. Meditation is the closest exercise that can reboot our energy, our immune system, and our thinking. There
are many misconceptions about meditation and how to do it correctly. Megan focuses on how meditation can work for the client and their specific needs.
These sessions are provided to help the client gain clarity in their desired outcome of their health and wellbeing. In this practice, you are retraining the mind and the body. Guided visualization is a powerful tool focused on imagining the desired outcome and feeling the end result in the body. This form of positive programming in the mind has a direct correlation with the body’s ability to heal itself. Our bodies are incredibly complex and incredibly wise. Guided mind exercises help us to tap into the power within to create the body and lives we desire.
